Dr. Jeffrey Barke is a board-certified primary care physician with more than 30 years of private practice experience, known for his integrity, bold advocacy, and unwavering commitment to medical freedom. He earned both his medical degree and Family Practice residency training at the University of California, Irvine, where he later served as an Associate Clinical Professor. He has also served on the board of the Orange County Medical Association.As the co-founder of Personal Concierge Physicians in Newport Beach, Dr. Barke provides integrative, patient-centered care designed to get to the root of health. His practice offers highly personalized consultations—both in person and telehealth—and physician-vetted wellness solutions through Fullscript, giving patients trusted access to professional-grade supplements and individualized lifestyle guidance.
Dr. Barke’s service extends far beyond the clinic. He is a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps, a reserve deputy, and a tactical physician supporting a local SWAT team.
